Booth requirements


The Booth Requirements form is now an online form, which has several advantages:
 
- You can update & save your requirements step by step.
- It is not necessary to wait until you have gathered all information before you send in your form to the Co-summit secretariat.
- This also helps the Co-summit secretariat to signal possible challenges in an early stage.
- The online form contains always the latest, most up-to-date status of your indicated requirements.
- No problem with version control.
- All contacts actively involved in the project can see the completed requirements completed so far at any time.

> Note that only the project coordinator has editing rights. Should someone else be assigned to complete the form, please contact the ARTEMIS-IA Office by email: Info Artemisia

We would like to remind you that it is the Project Coordinators (or their deputy for the organisation of the booth) role and responsibility to provide to the ARTEMIS-IA Office the list and email addresses of the persons manning the booth (stand crew), as opposed to those persons claiming on their own their need for access; this will result in the ARTEMIS-IA Office sending them an invitation to register.
