HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OR ASSOCIATE OF ARTEMIS INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION

There are 4 steps to become a member or associate of ARTEMIS Industry Association.

Step 1

Start the with reading the Articles of Association (AoA), the ARTEMISIA Supplementary Agreement (ASA), determin in which category of Members you fit in. The members are organised in Chambers. The Small Medium Sized enterprises have a specific forum in Chamber A. The Research Organisations, Universities included, are organised in Chamber B. The Large Enterprises are organised in Chamber C. The umbrella organisations, interest organisations of industry and branche organisations etc. are organised in a seperate category named 'the Associates'. The annual membership fee is directly linked to the categories.

Membership fee:
The fee is per year as from January until December and will be calculated as from the day your organisation
is officially accepted as an ARTEMIS-IA member.

EUR   1,000 for Associates
EUR   1,000 for SMEs (A members)
EUR   1,000 for Research Organisations (B members)
EUR   5,000 for Corporate Organisations < 500 mio EUR turnover (C members)
EUR 10.000 for Corporate Organisations > 500 mio EUR turnover (C members)

Step 2

ARTEMIS Application Form

In order to pursue your membership or associate application, we ask you to print fill in and sign the completed
Application form (and in case of membership, the Declaration of Accession (DoA) ) and send the original
signed document(s) in any case by regular postal mail!

Step 3

Sign the application form that you fave filled in. Only applicants having signed the original Application Form documents are eligible to become an ARTEMIS-IA member or ARTEMIS-IA Associate.The ARTEMIS-IA Presidium will decide on your application within two to three weeks and will communicate its decision in writing, mentioning which kind of membership you will be attributed. Step 4

The Application Form and the Declaration of Accession must be completed and signed.
