Presentation Training


The ARTEMIS-IA Office will organise a presentation training for the exhibition crew. The training will be based on the PowerPoint Presentation which is meant for the target group: Public Authorities, Press and the guided tour for key-persons. This PowerPoint Presentation may take about 3-5 minutes. The PowerPoint template is tuned to the target group as mentioned above.

If you want us to review this presentation, please feel free to send it to us by Friday 23 September at the latest. After this date we can not guarantee that we are able to provide you feedback in time.

You can prepare a general or rolling presentation for e.g. non-technical audience members like Public Authorities or the guided tours. Next to that, you can prepare more detailed slides as well, which you can show to those interested in more detailed (technical) information.


Training format

> As already mentioned: the 3-5 minute power point presentation is the basis for the stand-pitch training.

> We strongly recommend all the ARTEMIS projects to participate.

> The training is tuned to each unique project. 

> Two trainers will be ready to serve you. This means that we will run several training slots in parallel.

> The training will take place on Monday 24 October next, during the build up day of the exhibition.

> We schedule training slots of 45 minutes, in which the presenter and his/her back are present.

> We recommend that other members of your projects are also present to benefit as much as possible.

Note: that we may have a few more slots in the evening (between 17:00 - 20:00), but that is not yet defined.
